Marcia is a former Assistant District Attorney with the Office of Special Narcotics in New York City. She has presented cases to the Grand Jury and prosecuted all types of felony cases. She has a unique insight into the investigation of criminal cases since she herself has coordinated countless criminal investigations as a New York City prosecutor.

Marcia has also served as legal consultant for Union Carbide in Danbury, Connecticut.

Marcia is an honors graduate of Pace University, School of Law and is a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton. She is admitted to practice law in New York State.
