Recently, a motorist hired our firm to defend his speeding charge (49 mph in a 30 zone) 4 points. We reviewed the case with the client and discussed options. We argued to the prosecutor and the Judge that elements of the speeding charge were missing and the Court had to dismiss the case. After oral arguments the judge agreed and dismissed the ticket resulting in no points and fines.
