  1. People v. B, - Criminal Defense in North Castle Court in Westchester County, NY. Violation of Probation dismissed. Client avoided additional probation and no jail.
  2. L.S. v. A.S., - Child Custody and Visitation in Westchester County Family Court in White Plains, NY. Client awarded sole legal and physical custody of 3 children after trial.
  3. Neil v. Milwaukee Electric Tool Co., - Products Liability Case in Supreme Court New York County. Plaintiff amputated his hand while using a miter saw and alleged that the product was defective. Jury Verdict in favor of the Defendant (our client) after a 3 week trial, client and product vindicated and plaintiff was denied any recovery.
  4. People v. M.A., - Criminal Defense of a misdemeanor Assault case in the White Plains City Court in Westchester County, NY. After 1 week trial, jury rendered a verdict finding the client Not Guilty of all charges.
  5. People v. G.D., - Criminal Defense in New Rochelle City Court in Westchester County, NY. Client charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of a weapon. Charges dismissed at hearing prior to trial.
  6. People v. F.M., - Criminal Defense of DWI misdemeanor in Mamaroneck Village Court in Westchester County, NY. Charges withdrawn and dismissed after motion and hearing.
  7. M.S v. H.S., - International Child Support Case in Westchester County Family Court in White Plains, NY. Foreign Petitioner sought child support in New York against client under Swedish Child Support Laws. Case dismissed in favor of the client and appeal was also dismissed in favor of the client.
  8. People v. S.R., - (2 Cases) Traffic Ticket Defense Cases for Speeding in North Castle Court in Westchester County , NY and Speeding in the Carmel Town Court in Putnam County, NY. Both cases dismissed and the client avoided having to pay any fines and receiving points on his license. The repeat violations would have resulted in his driving privileges being suspended if found guilty.
  9. People v. J.G., - Criminal Defense in Mt. Vernon City Court in Westchester County, NY. Client charged with misdemeanor for driving with a suspended/revoked license. Negotiated a reduced plea to a traffic violation. Client avoided criminal record and potential 6 months in jail or 3 years probation.
  10. People v. M.P., - Traffic Ticket Defense in the Town of Southeast Court in Putnam County, NY. Client charged with a high speeding violation, reduced at trial to a parking ticket. Client avoided 6 points on his driver's license and suspension for being a repeat violator.
  11. D.V. v. A.C., - Child Custody and Family Offense matter in the Westchester County Family Court in White Plains, NY. Client awarded full custody of her child and a permanent order of protection after trial.
  12. S.H. v. E.C., - Child Support Case in Westchester County Family Court in White Plain, NY. After trial, the client's cross petition to increase child support was granted and the petitioner's original petition to terminate his child support obligation was dismissed. In other words, not only was the client's right to collect child support protected, the award in her favor was increased.
  13. F.W. v. E.M., - Family Offense case in the Bronx Family Court. Petitioner made allegations of assault and harassment against our client and sought a permanent order of protection against him. After trial, the petition with all of its allegations was dismissed with prejudice and the client was vindicated.
  14. Doody v. Metropolitan Property and Casualty Ins., - Declaratory Judgment action on behalf of our client after his insurance claim for loss of his home to a fire was denied coverage and he was accused of committing the crimes of arson and insurance fraud. After a week long trial, a jury in the Dutchess County Supreme Court rendered a verdict in favor of our client. Not only was the client vindicated of all criminal allegations for arson and fraud, the jury award damages ultimately totaling more than $200,000 for the wrongful denial of his claim.
  15. K.S. and E.S. v. B.H., - Family Offense Case in the Bronx County Family Court in the Bronx, NY. The Clients (Petitioners) were awarded full Orders of Protection after a hearing. The Court ruled in favor of the Clients and found the Respondent behavior was harassment. Respondent then filed a motion to vacate the judgment and have a second trial on the issues. The Respondent's motion was denied after a hearing and the Orders of Protection remained in place to protect the clients.
  16. C.M. v. K.P., - Child Support Case in Putnam County Family Court, Carmel, NY. Petitioner filed petitions against the Client to increase the child support paid by the Client and to hold him in contempt for non-payment of support. Both petitions were dismissed upon motion. The dismissal allowed the Client to avoid penalties for contempt and possible increased child support payments
